A very easy card to make up. I printed the design on to 160gsm card, cut out the base design and attached it to scalloped edge cardstock.

I attached the decoupage with 1.5mm foam pads, added a little gold glitter to the candle flame and three pink stick-on gems to the apron.

Such a little cutie.
