8x8 All wrapped up warm Card Front, Gift Tag & sentiments Completed by Irene Woods

I printed the sheet 3 times and cut out elements for decoupage layers from 2 of them. I attached the complete image to my card blank using DST then used glue gel to add the other elements and my chosen greeting.

Finally, I used a white gel pen on the band of the earmuffs and applied a glaze to the nose.

Such a sweet card!
