I printed this sheet onto a good quality photo paper and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to build up the decoupage. I mounted the main topper onto an 8x8 inch card blank and built up the decoupage using foam pads.
To decorate the card i used glitter and gems. This was a very quick and easy card to make.

Printed onto decoupage paper and cut out. Placed the main image onto my card with tape and then added the layers using foam pads. I added a fabric snowflake.
