I printed twice on matte card, I wet glued the first to a matching base card and cut out the picture from the background of the second and used foam squares to add.

I used gold glitter on the edge of the frame,and sentiment and icicles , opal glitter on the flowers, Glossy Accents on the eyes then finished with pearl on the flower and icicles.
