Christmas Holly Watercolour - Arctic Hare 8x8Completed by Louisa Price

I bought a few in the range of this beautiful water-coloured Christmas set, unfortunately I am not a person who can just do the same card over and over again, so my 3rd card for this set, is different again from the Designers inspiration.

Again this is a card front design for an 8x8 inch card, and a one sheet kit. However just because it is one sheet, doesnt mean to say that it has to be flat, unless you want it to be. Printed onto Matte photo paper, and then matted onto navy card stock using Wild Honey distress ink to cover any white edges. Again I added red enamel dots on the berries in the frame and a glaze on the main Holly Berries. I added clear glitter to the flowers around the Hare, and some dark Gold Stickles to the flower centres.

This time, as its a Snow Hare, I decided to add some snow by using a sheet of snowfall acetate scored slightly larger than the base image, about 8mm and secured on the back of the base image using red liner tape, before layering it onto an 8x8 inch card after adding the Merry Christmas sentiment which I mated onto some of the navy card stock, and adding foam pads for a bit of dimension.
