I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered. Added sequins to the snowflakes, glitter, a sentiment and another tag and a holly sprig both from another sheet. The most adorable design.

I printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto a scalloped card blank using DST. I added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I finished with the matching insert, card candy & a red satin bow.
