This cute penguin card is so cute! It's also quick and easy to put together. All you need to do is print it but because I love the 3D effect I printed this topper onto good quality photo paper twice.
I then cut out the pieces I chose to use as decoupage pieces and used mounting tape to get that 3D effect.
You have lots of options with this card so let your imagination run. You won't be disappointed with this card.
