Let It Snow Skater Penguin Quick Card with DecoupageCompleted by Debbie Knechtel

I cut out all elements and decided to cut the card in half and make a larger card. I mounted on a red mat and then a blue metallic card. I layered all pieces with foam tape. I added silver peel offs,red pearls and a red bow.

I used the back part as an insert inside the card
