I printed the design onto crafty Bob's 250gsm matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I added the decoupage using foam pads and to finish the card I added a ribbon and bow and glitter border peel-offs...a lovely card really looks as if you could pick it up and shake it like a real snow globe.
