I Printed the sheet on to good quality paper at best photo.

I then Cut out the elements and adhered them to a 6"x6" Square Card, Added Glitter to the Stars on the bottom left, and the edge of the Scalloped Edge Border, Built up the decoupage with foam pads, and mounted the greetings with foam pads.
