I PRINTED THIS ART WORK ONTO BLANK WHITE CARD STOCK. CUT EVERYTHING OUT. USED STICK PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE I CUT A SHEET CARD STOCK INTO A CARD. I GLUED A BACKGROUND ONTO THAT. THEN I GLUED THE ART WORK ON TOP OF IT.
I THEN USED SILVER METTALIC PAPER TO LINE ALL THE SIDES
