I printed the sheet onto super smooth paper and cut out the elements. I built the decoupage up with foam pads. I mounted the image onto some gold linen effect card and tied a length of red glitter ribbon around the bottom.

I then used foam tape to mount this onto a green A5 card blank. I mounted 2 of the greetings onto matching gold card and stuck them back to back to make a double sided tag.

I attached the tag to the top corner of the card using 3 jump rings.

I used a glue pen to add gold glitter to the bell on the hat.
