Santa Fishing for Christmas Quick CardCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

The Santa fishing design sheet was printed on Crafty Bob's 200gsm glossy paper and the parts cut out. I inked all the cut edges in their corresponding colours.

This gave a nice defined outline to the base image which I mounted on a leaf green pearlised card using double sided tape.

I added the topper with 2mm foam. I applied glossy accents to the holly berries, to all the fish and to Santa's boots and mittens for extra gloss and volume.

I edged the decoupage holly with patina stickles glitter then added with 2mm foam.

I recoloured a 3D dragonfly with leaf green promarker and sprinkled with shimmer powder for a Christmas touch. This I added to complete the card. Nice and simple to make, looks great and is sure to make a fisherman/angler happy! I've also added the fun matching insert, cup366327_12.
