Hello fellow crafters, I printed image onto 210gsm matte photo card. Cut it out and then mounted it down onto white Japanese card which has gold & silver flecks inserted into it, mounted the extra on top with 3d foam tabs.

The finished card measures 15cm x 10.5cm.
