This is a wonderful Christmas card to add to my collection, I am hoping to have completed my quota well before posting time comes around. Nick has given us a smiling happy Santa to work with. I printed the sheet out twice onto good quality card. I made a card in white 13cm x 26 cm and folded it.
The backing sheet is yellow card to match the stars and the ribbon,12.5cm square. I attached this with double sided tape to the card front.
I cut out the topper from one sheet, and from the second sheet I cut out the stars the bells& holly and the Santa that is the centre of the topper. I used padded double sided tape to attach the topper to the yellow backing sheet. I attached self adhesive jewels as indicated, and then attached the elements with small dots and squares of padded double sided tape.
Once completed I used the mod podge dimensional magic on the bells& holly and on the stars.
I also used a white pigment pen to highlight the moustache, eye brows and the star twinkles.
I was able to use the extra bells& holly on the insert, and the other elements I used to make a gift gift card, including the larger Merry Christmas sentiment for the top of the gift card. This is shown in photograph 2.
They both have turned out so delightfully, I am so pleased.
Thank you Nick
