Christmas Snowman in BlueCompleted by Patricia Platt

Such a cute fun design for Christmas. :) I printed out onto glossy photo paper and cut out the pieces.

I used foam pads to decoupage the pieces. I cut a layer of blue holographic card to layer the topper onto my white 5x7 white card using doublesided tape.

I then trimmed the topper using decorative silver border peeloff.
