I printed this card out onto photo card, but instead of just folding I cut out the front of the design and placed this onto the front of my 7x5 card and the back of the card I placed inside the card for my insert.
After adding the front of the card to my card I added a green ornate border with matching corners all round my card edges and a chain border all round the design, to finish my card I added glitter to the teds hat and around the bow
