printed out twice onto quality photo card and cut the centre from one of them to create a 'frame' the remaining pieces I used for building up the decoupage.

I used copper chocolate mirri card to create a small border edge and secured it to the main card with dst.

I used silicone glue to get the shape of the bells, ribbon and bows, added the words New Year greetings 2011 and finished the card by adding some copper & bronze minature seed beads to the centres of the flower heads.
