Cup number is 1027042 and designer is Bramley Crafts designs by Julie Green, I printed onto photo gloss paper and placed it onto pale blue card, I built up all the elements using foam pads, I used peel offs for the sentiment, fab card for my godson who is a tractor and dog lover.
