I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and fold an A5 scalloped edged card landscape. I attached the design to the front of the card using double-sided tape.

I scored and folded the tabs on the pocket and the attached it, where indicated, on the front of the card using strong double sided tape.

I attached the bookmark to a piece of 300gsm card to give it more stability. I then inserted it into the pocket as expected. Beautiful card when finished.
