Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper and elements and secured topper to a 8 x 8 scalloped card. Added elements with foam pads.
Put a silver border around the edge and then using gold glitter glue I outlined the bow, write over the writing and outlined the petals in the roses.
