Printed onto glossy photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper and decoupage. Secured topper onto an A5 scalloped card with double sided tape. Added decoupage with foam pads for the 3D effect. Finished off with a silver sparkly border around the edge.
This card is so vibrant that I don’t think it needs anything else doing to it. It’s beautiful just as it is.
