Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a red C5 card, then made up the design using 3mm sticky pads

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads and tape.
To finish I added stardust stickles to her hat and jewellery.
Any excuse for a drink - eh Stella!!!
