I printed and cut out the sheet then added the base onto the card with DST, the other elements I added with foam pads to finish off I added a little glitter.

I printed sheet onto smooth card and cut out all the pieces. I used DST to stick the base to a white card blank then foam pads for the layers, lastly added some pearls to finish it off.
