I printed out the sheet and cut out all the pieces. I matted the main topper onto silver miiror card leaving a small border then stuck that to the front of a blue 8"x8" card.

I matted the Enjoy greeting onto silver mirror card then added that and the decoupage pieces to the card. I finished off the card by adding a few gems to the big cupcake at the bottom.
