The card was printed onto glossy photo paper and the parts cut out. The decoupage parts were attached with 3D foam dots. It was then applied to a dark purple card. The smaller card was attached to a lilac card and some cupcake cut-outs applied.
The word 'Happy' was added with 3D outline paint.
