Printed onto Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. I made a large Dl Card out of Teal patterned Cardstock. Used DST to attach the main element to the card. Used foam tape, and foam pads to build up the Decoupage. I used small crystal in middle of flowers.

I used a small fabric rose on front of dress, and put a small pink bling in middle. A pretty card and easy to make.
