Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements, and using DST I attached the Main element to a sheen Blue DL card.
I then used DST to attach the Insert. I used Foam Pads to add the Decoupage.
I stuck a Gold Stick on Congratulations to the top of the card. This is a nice design.
