Vintage Lady in Blue with Blue Rose Tall DlCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed the design on to a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a Blue DL card and glued the design on to it. I attached the Decoupage/ 3D on with Sticky pads. A Quick and easy card to make out of this Lovely design!
