I printed trhe design on to a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a DL Base card in a Cream colour and glued the main design on to it. I attached the Decoupage/ 3D with Sticky pads.

I didn´t have a matching colour to make a Sentiment so it will be without until I find a matching Sentiment.
