I printed the design on to CUP´s Premium Gloss 250 gsm Craft Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a Pink DL base card and glued the main design on to it.

I cut out a wave pattern on the sides of the main design to make the pink card under give it a frame in pink around the design.

I attached the Decoupage/ 3D and Sentiment on with Sticky pads. I changed it around a Little bit I´m sorry Nick but I thought the Sentiment looked better in the middle.

So I attached it in the middle instead of the bottom of the design.
