Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements, and used DST to attach the main element to a Pale Blue 8 inch card to match the colours in the Design.
Used Foam Pads to add Decoupage.
I used Gold Glitter in the middle of the flowers, and used pretty gems of differing colours on aspects of the Design.
A very cute design.
