After printing onto Photo Paper i cut out all the elements. I used dst to attach front to a white felt card. I then used foam pads to attach the decoupage pieces.
I stuck some paper lace at the top of the card and used green bling and a crystal on the card to add some sparkle.
A nice pretty card to make.
