Printed onto Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements. Using DST I attached Topper to a white textured card. I then used foam tape to attach Decoupage. I stuck a pretty patterned grey stick on edging around Topper. I used Stickles Diamond Glitter on the Roses and glasses.
I also used small crystals on the flowers on glass. A nice design.

Printed on good quality card paper, cut out and layered the elements with foam pads, I trimmed in gold peel off to finish around the edges and added the caption
