The sheet was printed onto photo paper. The main image was cut out using a fancy blade, then attached to white card. The layers were added with foam pads. A gem has been added to the ring to finish

I printed onto glossy photo paper then cut the bow and glasses out and added them using foam tape. I backed the topper onto white card and used a metallic silver adhesive ribbon on one edge. finished off with some glitter on the glasses and a congratulations sticker.
