Baby Boy Envelope Quick Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Jane Wells

Printed onto photo card, I cut out and layered the top part using double sided tape running along under the 'congratulations' wording and 3d foam pads under the scallops to raise the image.

I added the 'it's a boy' sentiment and peel off dots.

I matted the design onto pink and blue paper/blue card. A very quick and cute design!
