I used a good quality card stock for this in a pale pink colour. After cutting out all the elements I layered them using foam pads.
I threaded pale pink silk ribbon through all the tags, and after punching a hole in the hand, i threaded it through, as though she was holding them.
I added dark pink silk ribbon and bow. adding gold peel off greeting and name. Finishing off with pink peel off gems for a bit of sparkle.
