Blue Floral Scalloped Edge Envelope CardCompleted by Marion Evans

I printed this lovely craft sheet out, cut out the scalloped edge portion and adhered it down the outside edge with glue and underneath the two large flowers on inside edge I raised with popdots.

I framed the card in white and almost navy and added sparkle to the center of the large flowers. HB was cut out on my cricut and added white pearls in bottom right corner. A beautiful birthday card for a lovely lady!
