This has beautiful art work and I really did not need to do very much. I printed onto good matt photo paper, cut out and mounted onto white card. I then placed the decoupaged image onto maroon pearlised card, which brought out the richness of the colours.
Added a red gem to the flower on hat and framed using black decorative lines. I then added black decorative corners and coloured them with red gel pen, and placed a black Happy Birthday greeting on the right side.
