I printed on to pearl paper, mounted the topper on to a blue satin card, then layered the flap, staggering the foam tape to lift the edge. added a ribbon rose, and tiny pearls to embellish.
Just needs a greeting when the occasion arises.
Gorgeous design, will suit many an occasion.
