A envelope card that you just add the top with silicon glue or double sided foam tape for a nice effect.
This is pefect for any occations. There is a small heart to add some writing on.

I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then stuck the scalloped part on with sticky tabs. I added pearl beads and stuck a "Happy Birthday" message on to the heart and stuck that on the top right hand side.
