Printed on good quality card paper, cut out and layered the elements with foam pads, I trimmed in gold peel off to finish around the edges and added the caption

After printing the sheet and cutting out the elements I mounted the decourpage items with foam tape. I adhered the base topper on an A5 Crafty Bob's white card base and then added some sparkle and bling.
Silver peel-off corners to the top two corners - Peacock Liquid Pearl dots on the teacup and Flamingo Liquid Pearl dots around the swirl frame following the design.
To the fairy wings, I added Stickles Diamond to add that sparkle of fairy dust. So Cute!!!
