What a fabulous combo, I backed a white A5 card with cup166635_99 (Hearts & Lace Backing Paper 2) and trimmed to an exact fit.

I then added this gorgeous frame and its two levels of decoupage, using 2mm foam pads.

I finished with some gold glitter gem dots and a gold Happy Birthday peel-off.
