We can't resist a nice cup of tea, especially if someone makes it for our birthdays :D
The wording says:
It's unashamedly British and delightfully twee, but a birthday is nothing without a nice cup of tea!
I put the wording on a strip at the bottom so if you do not like that you can snip it off :)

I printed the card on glossy photo paper, cut out the decoupage and remove the English text from the card, this is a kind attention from the designer to put the text at the bottom of the card so you can remove it or not.
Then I added the decoupage.
This is a lovely card to do and very quick to finish.
