Romantic Garden and English RosesCompleted by Carolyn Norris

I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out the pieces. I used foam pads to decoupage the flowers. I matted the card topper with deeper blue cardstock and then used double sided tape to adhered it to a blank, white card.

To complete the card I then added a few pink, flower, rhinestones amongst the swirls.
