Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out the elements I was going to use. Using DST I attached the topper to a white scalloped edge 8 inch card. Stuck the sentiment on the bottom of card. To finish, I stuck a Bright yellow Bow to the top corner.
This is a beautiful design and a quick card to make up.
