I PRINTED THIS TOPPER ON TO HEAVY CARD STOCK. I USED SCRAPBOOK PAPER FOR THE BACKGROUND AND GLUED THAT TO A BLANK CARD. THEN THE TOPPER ON TOP OF THAT. I USED GREEN METALLIC PAPER FOR THE BUTTERFLIES AND TO BORDER THE DESIGN.
I USED A PUNCH FOR THE SIDE BORDERS. I USED BLACK GLITTER TO OUT LINE THE ART WORK.
