Added the sentiment before printing on gloss card, printing the picture again so I could cut around the border and frame to use as my first layer of decoupage which were added using foam squares.
I added gold glitter to the edge of the flower panel and opal glitter on the bow, border and sentiment. and finished with some gems to the bows.
