The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I used a white 6x6 square card blank as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of cream card. I made a slit in the topper and slotted in the bookmark to make a feature of it.

I layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I used a tassel, gems, ivory satin ribbon and one of the sentiments to decorate.
