Heart with Pearls Roses and BowCompleted by Jean Shevill-

I cut around the pink heart and stuck this onto a cream patterned backing paper. I added the decoupage using mini foam pads. I added some clear & silver tape to the top of the card.

Around the pink heart I added silver and pearl gems and a few silver pearls to the flowers.
